摘要
目的探讨导致小儿外周静脉留置针静脉输液患者出现输液外渗的原因及给予针对性护理的临床效果。方法选择我院门诊小儿外周静脉留置针静脉输液患者140例分为对照组与观察组;对照组常规护理配合,观察组针对性护理配合;对出现输液外渗概率进行对比分析。结果观察组输液外渗概率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于小儿外周静脉留置针静脉输液患者施以针对性护理干预,可提高静脉输液质量。
Objective To investigate the cause of infusion extravasation in children with peripheral venous indwelling needle and to evaluate the clinical effect of targeted nursing. Methods 140 cases of children pediatric peripheral venous indwelling needle intravenous infusion in our hospital outpatient were selected; they were divided into control group and observation group; the control group received routine nursing care; observation group received targeted nursing; the probability of infusion extravasation were analyzed and compared. Results The rate of infusion extravasation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention can be used to improve the quality of intravenous infusion in pediatric patients with peripheral venous indwelling needle.
