护理人员灾害救护知识调查分析与培训策略

Training Strategy and Survey of Disaster Rescue Knowledge for Nurses

目的了解护理人员灾害救护知识掌握情况,总结加强护理人员灾害救护知识教育与救护技能培训策略。方法从各个武警医院抽取自行设计的调查问卷对284名护理人员进行灾害救护知识问卷调查。结果各个医院284名护理人员灾害救护知识熟练掌握率为14.1%~86.3%。284名被调查护理人员对学习和接受灾害救护知识培训感兴趣,260名护理人员表示非常愿意继续学习和接受灾害救护知识培训。结论护理人员对灾害救护知识整体掌握水平不高,但学习需求很大。应通过采取一系列措施,提高护理人员灾害救护的理论水平与技能,以适应应对各种灾害救援的需求。

Objective To know the situation and summary the training strategy of disaster rescue knowledge for nurses. Methods The self-made questionnaires about disaster rescue knowledge were administered to 284 nurses in the armed police hospitals. Results The mastery of knowledge rate was 14.1% to 86.3% and all the surveyed nurses were interested in the training of disaster rescue knowledge. 260 of them were willing to participate in the nursing training for disaster. Conclusion Nursing training for disaster needs to be strengthened to improve the nursing ability of disaster rescue.
