摘要
目的探讨静脉采血成功的影响因素,总结护理对策。方法选取在本血液中心献血者1 200人,回顾性分析相关资料,分析影响采血成功的因素,总结护理对策。结果采血护士的操作技能、心理素质,献血者的心理素质与静脉情况等均是影响静脉采血成功的主要因素。结论护理人员要加强业务训练,提高静脉采血水平,给予献血者人文关怀,消除献血者的心理恐惧,实现双方的互信。这是确保静脉采血成功率的关键所在。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of successful venous blood collection and summarize nursing countermeasures. Methods 1 200 blood donors were selected in our blood center. The related data were analyzed retrospectively, and the factors affecting the success of blood sampling were analyzed. Results The operation skills, psychological quality of blood collection nurse, psychological diathesis and vein of blood donors were the main factors that influence the success of venous blood sampling. Conclusion Nursing staff should improve the level of venous blood collection, give humane care to blood donors and achieve mutual trust between both sides. This is the key to ensuring the success rate of venous blood sampling.
