浅析急性右室心梗临床护理体会

Analysis of Clinical Nursing Experience of Acute Right Ventricular Myocardial Infarction

目的研究分析急性右室心梗患者的临床护理方式以及护理效果,为临床护理提供指导依据。方法根据2012年2月—2013年3月我院接收的35例急性右室心梗患者来进行研究分析,对患者的护理效果进行记录,总结归纳临床护理方式,主要护理内容有一般护理、心理护理、溶栓抗凝护理、液体负荷护理、起搏器护理等。结果经过护理共有22例患者显效,12例患者有效,1例患者无效,临床护理有效率是97.1%。结论急性右室心梗患者接受临床有效护理可以缓解病情,缩短治疗周期,提升患者的生活质量,应该积极开展相关研究。

Objective To study the clinical nursing mode and nursing effect of patients with acute right ventricular myocardial infarction, and to provide guidance for clinical nursing. Methods 35 cases of acute right ventricular myocardial infarction patients were selected from February 2012 to March 2013 in our hospital and they were analyzed, the nursing effect was recorded, the clinical nursing was summarized, nursing major contents of general nursing, psychological nursing, nursing, thrombolytic and anticoagulant fluid load, pacemaker nursing care. Results After nursing, 22 patients were markedly effective, 12 patients were effective, 1 patient was ineffective, and the effective rate of clinical nursing was 97.1%. Conclusion Patients with acute right ventricular myocardial infarction receive clinical effective nursing can relieve the disease, shorten the treatment cycle, and improve the quality of life of patients, should actively carry out related studies.
