摘要
目的探讨护理管理干预在院内感染防控工作中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月—2017年4月我院190例住院患者为研究对象,并将其根据不同的管理方法分为对照组和研究组,每组95例,对照组患者实施普通管理,研究组患者实施感染防控护理管理,比较两组患者院内感染及护理纠纷发生率、护理满意度。结果实施护理管理后,研究组患者院内感染及护患纠纷发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理管理干预可有效地减少院内感染,维护良好的护患关系,减少护理纠纷,提高护理满意度,具有重要的应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing management intervention for the prevention and control in hospital-acquired infection. Methods 190 patients in our hospital from Jan. 2014 to Apr. 2017 were selected and divided into control group(n=95) and research group(n=95) on the basis of different management of hospital-acquired infection. The control group was taken general management and the research group was taken nursing management intervention. The occurrence rate of hospitalacquired infection and nursing dispute and nursing satisfaction degree were compared. Results The occurrence rate of hospital-acquired infection and nursing dispute in research group was significant lower than control group(P〈 0.05). In research group, the nursing satisfaction degree was higher than control group with significant difference(P〈 0.05). Conclusion Nursing management intervention can be effective in shortening the hospital-acquired infection, establish a good relation between patients and nurses, reduce disputes and improve the satisfaction degree with great application value.
