摘要
随着油气田企业中心井站管理模式的推进,迫切需要培育中心井站特色文化,助推中心井站自主管理。为此,以中国石油西南油气田公司为例,分析了公司中心井站特色文化培育的主要做法和取得的效果。研究认为,中心井站特色文化应以班组文化为核心,建立"知,情,意,行"班组文化建设体系,发挥班组核心价值。
With the development of the central well station management technology in the oil-gas field enterprises, it becomes quite urgent to cultivate the central well station distinctive culture and boost central autonomous management. With Petro China Southwest Oil & Gasfield Company as an example, therefore, the author analyzed main practices for cultivation of central well station distinctive culture and related effect achieved by the Company in this field. According to the research, the Company shall establish a team culture construction system of'cognition, emotion, will and behavior'by centering on the central well station distinctive culture and give play to core values of this team.
