摘要
水泥稳定碎石是一种常用的半刚性基层。为了使其快速形成强度,减少对道路运营和社会出行的影响,本文采用无水硫酸钠和三乙醇胺作为外加剂进行单掺和复掺,然后进行无侧限抗压强度试验,对比选出三种24h强度提高效果在60%以上的配方,进行早中期无侧限抗压试验。试验结果表明,加入早强剂的试件组强度明显高于未加入早强剂的试件组,其中24h强度增长率最为明显,最高增长率可达73.8%;同时,早中期强度均有不同程度提高。
Cement stabilized gravel is a semi-rigid base material. In order to make it quickly form strength, reduce the impact on road operation and social travel, in this paper, anhydrous sodium sulfate and triethanolamine as raw materials for admixture of single blending and blending compound are used, and then the unconfined compressive strength test is carried out, and three 2d-hour intensity increasing more than 60% formula are compared to select, to do the early and mid-term unconfined compression test. The test results show that the strength of the test pieces added with early strength agent is significantly higher than that of the group without adding early strength agent, of which 24 hour intensity growth rate is the most obvious, and the highest growth rate is 73.8%, and the early and middle intensity also have different improvement in degree.
