摘要
针对国家标准GB/T 25993—2010《透水路面砖与透水路面板》给出透水砖透水系数测试存在的问题,分析并提出了一种新的计算方法,基于该算法和机械制造原理设计出新的测试装置。在实验过程中,记录时间和透水圆筒水位高度的变化可实现透水系数的测定。利用MATLAB软件进行实验仿真模拟和计算处理,通过与已有装置的数据对比,改进装置具有精确度高、用水量少、测试样品规格多、实验周期短等优点,并且该装置操作简单,数据测量方便,易于实际应用。
To deal with the problem that on the permeability coefficient test method given by GB/T 25993-2010 Permeable paving bricks & permeable paving flags, a new algorithm was proposed by analyzing the original way. Based on the modified formulae and technology of mechanical manufacture, a new test device was designed. In the test, the permeability coefficient can be obtained by recording the change of water level with time. Matlab was used to simulate and calculate in the experiment. Compared with the data of standard method, the new test method has a higher accuracy, less water consumption, more size of the test sample, efficiency and credibility. The device is easy to handle, thus the new method is convenient to use.
