摘要
目的改变箱型结构来提高纸箱抗压强度,以解决纸箱鼓肚变形等问题。方法将纸箱结构设计成八角形,增加纸箱的承重角数和边数,同时将箱体底部设计为拼接结构。结果用材、周长相同时,八角箱与普通0201型纸箱相比,抗压强度提高了2倍,越靠近纸箱底部四周侧向受力越大,贮存和运输过程中鼓肚现象越明显,破损越严重。结论有底八角箱在一定程度上可抵抗内装物对纸箱底部边缘向外的冲击力,减少因纸箱鼓肚变形造成的损坏。
The work aims to change the carton structure to improve its compressive strength, so as to solve such problems as bulging deformation of carton. Carton was designed as an octagonal structure, with the increased number of bearing corners and edges, and the carton bottom was designed as a splicing structure. Compared with ordinary type 0201 carton, the compressive strength of octagonal carton could be increased by 1 time. The more close to the bottom of carton, the greater the lateral force in all directions; the more obvious the bulging phenomenon in the process of storage and transportation was, the more serious the damage was. The octagonal carton with bottom to some extent can resist the outbound impact force from the goods therein against the edges at the bottom of carton, and reduce the damages caused by bulging deformation of carton.
