摘要
目的:研究银桦叶的化学成分类型。方法:采用化学反应鉴别法对银桦叶的化学成分类型进行鉴别研究和初步分析。结果:银桦叶的化学反应鉴别法中蛋白质、糖、酚类、蒽醌类、强心苷类、甾体和三萜类成分均显示阳性反应,生物碱类与挥发油显示阴性反应,香豆素类、黄酮类反应中阴阳反应均有。结论:银桦叶中含有蛋白质、糖、酚类、蒽醌类、香豆素类、强心苷类、甾体和三萜类等化学成分,可能含有黄酮类成分。研究结果将为后续银桦叶的化学成分研究奠定了实验基础和提供了参考依据。
Objective To study on the chemical components of the type of the leaves of Grevillea robusta .Methods Using chemical reaction identification methods to identify the type of the chemical composition for preliminary analysis. Results The chemical identification methods for the leaves of Grevillea robusta composition of protein,glycoside, phenols, anthraqinones, cardiac glycosides, steroids and triterpenoids showed positive reation. Essential oil and alkaloids showed negative reaction, and coumarin, flavonoids responses showed positive and negative in the reaction. Conclusion the leaves of Grevillea robusta contain protein, glycoside, phenols, anthraquinones, coumarins, cardiac glycosides, steroids and triterpenoids, and may have flavonoids. The results will provide some experimental basis and certain reference basis for the following study of chemical composition of silver birch leaves.
