摘要
以1,6-己二胺、光气为反应原料,芳香族异氰酸酯为催化剂,合成六亚甲基二异氰酸酯。考察投料比、催化剂、反应温度、反应时间等因素对六亚甲基二异氰酸酯的影响;结果表明,最佳反应条件为1,6-己二胺︰光气:催化剂的摩尔比为1︰3.0︰0.5,苯基异氰酸酯为催化剂,反应温度0~130℃,反应时间12 h;最终所得产品的收率95.0%。
The hexamethylene diisocyanate were synthesized by using 1,6-hexamethylenediamine and phosgene as reaction materials. Aromatic isocyanates are used as catalysts. The effects of reaction ratio, catalyst, reaction temperature and reaction time on hexamethylene diisocyanate were investigated. The results showed that the optimal condition molar ratio of 1,6-hexanediamine phosgene and catalyst were 1 : 3.0 : 0.5, reaction temperature was heated at 0-130 ℃ for 12 h, Phenyl isocyanate as catalyst;the yield of hexamethylene diisocyanate was about 95.0 %.
