有机物—成分分析

摘要 职业卫生技术服务机构应对有机物进行成分分析,以确定毒理性质。针对此新规,目前业内却无成熟的测定方法。对此作者经过大量实验论证,给出测定步骤:(1)重量法测定不挥发物;(2)必要时用卡尔﹒费休法测定水分;(3)用气质联用仪对有机挥发物定性定量;(4)计算每种有机挥发物在总有机挥发物中的含量。采样人员参考成分分析结果确定职业卫生危害因素项目类型。 The occupation health service organizations need to analyze the component of the organics to determine the toxicological properties. However, there is no ripe test method in the industry currently, so the author proved the test method by a lot of experiments. (1)determine nonvolatile organic compound by the gravimetric method: (2)when necessary, determine water by Karl Fischer method; (3)the qualitative and quantitative of Volatile Organic Compound by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer (GC-MS); (4)calculate the content of each organic volatiles in total volatile organic compounds. Decide Types of occupational health hazards based on the result of component analysis
