摘要
方案分析了影响脱氢单元气体冷凝处理部分循环水用量的因素。通过实地测量数据与DCS数据对比以及计算,说明了现有节能措施的利与弊,并结合当地实际情况对装置节能提出合理的方案,在图表数据的支持下确认方案的可行性。并且通过计算得出理论上的节能从而达到节能的目的。
Analyzed the influence dehydrogenation unit gas condensate treatment plan part of the circulating water usage factor. Through the field measurement data with the DCS data comparison and calculation, illustrates the advantages and disadvantages of the existing energy-saving measures, combined with the local actual situation put forward reasonable plan of device and energy saving, with the support of the chart data confirm the feasibility plan. The energy saving effect of calculated in theory to achieve the goal of energy saving.
