摘要
本文通过对润湿分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、防腐剂和消泡剂等助剂的筛选,确定了最佳制剂配方为:甘蓝夜蛾核多角体病毒30亿PIB/m L,农乳600#P磷酸酯3.0%,NNO 2.0%,白炭黑1.0%,黄原胶0.05%,硅酸镁铝1.0%,丙三醇5.0%,苯甲酸钠0.3%,异辛醇1.0%,纯水补足至100%。通过湿式超微粉碎法加工工艺制成悬浮剂,结果表明,该配方制备的悬浮剂分散性好,悬浮率≥90%,热贮和冷贮稳定性合格,其他各项质量控制指标均符合要求。
In this paper, the suspension concentrate was prepared by optimizing the main adjuvants such as wetting-dispersing agents, thickening agents, antifrezing agents, preservative as well as defoaming agents, and the optimum formula was determined as follows: MabrNPV(3.0×10^9 PIB/mL), agricultural emulsifier 600# phosphate (3.0 %), NNO (2.0 %), white carbon bLack (1.0 %), xanthan gum (0.05 %), magnesium alumino silicate (1.0 %), glycerol (5.0 %), sodium benzoate (0.3 %), Isooctyl alcohol (1.0 %) and deionized water making up to 100 %. The suspension was prepared by wet ultrafme grinding process. It was showed that the suspension agent prepared with good dispersibility, and the suspension rate was over 90 %. All of them reached the quality standard of suspension concentrate.
