本文总结国内外学者对真菌茶树菇的研究结果,对茶树菇中营养成分进行归类分析,列出茶树菇中主要营养物质,及其功效含量,为茶树菇进一步开发利用提供依据。
This paper summarized the results of the study on the domestic and foreign scholars of Agrocybe Aegirit, analyze the nutritional composition of Agrocybe Aegirit, list the main nutrients of Agrocybe Aegirit, and the effect of content, provide the basis for further development and utilization of Agrocybe aegirit.
