摘要
创新驱动发展,企业要在竞争中生存与发展靠的是持续创新,以满足市场需求为目标的创新其价值更容易得到市场的认可,这在产品创新方面尤其突出,从产品的生命周期中可以看到新产品能给企业创造更多的机会,如在新产品成长期的高速增长与高毛利、成熟期的规模与收益效应等,为此吸引着企业投入大量资源去研发新产品,同时由于创新能力的局限、不可预知风险与环境的变化都会导致研发失败,因此新产品研发是一项高风险高回报的活动,提高成功率、控制风险是关键,运用有效的工具、方法和装备等提高研发效率和成功率,让成果快速高效地转化为生产力,为企业创造发展机会和良好经济效益。本文研究的是新产品、新技术从实验小试到产业化过程中的装备开发,如何为研发提供有效的装备条件、工艺能力和不同阶段的制程能力,还要符合安全、环保和职业健康标准,可靠、高效的装备配套与开发决定了产品研发的成败与效率。
Innovation is central to company development. When the innovation meets the market demand, its value will be highly approved by the market more easily, particularly the value of product innovation. We can know from the product lifecycle that new products can create more chances to company development, such as the rapid increase and high gross profit in growing period of the new product, along with the scale and income in the period of maturity, which attracting a huge investment to be put into the new product development. Meanwhile, since the limitation of innovation ability, unpredictable risks and changes of the environment may lead to failure, new product development is a high risk high return adventure. How to increase success rate and control the risk becomes the key to development. Use effective tools, methods and equipment to upgrade efficiency and success rate, so as to turn the positive results into productivity rapidly, f'mally create development opportunities and economic benefits for company. This article demonstrates equipment development of new product and techniques from lab batch to commercialization phase, and the way to provide effective equipment and process of different stages for the development.
