摘要
以聚合氯化铝絮凝剂,高锰酸钾为助凝剂,研究了模拟废水的处理方法。主要考察静置和搅拌情况下,浊度的处理效果。结果表明,静置条件下,PAC的絮凝作用比较有限。10 g/L的PAC最佳投量为8 m L。高锰酸钾对PAC具有助凝作用,浓度为0.8 g/L的高锰酸钾对PAC的助凝作用最好,浊度去除率达到了95.79%。在酸性条件下,PAC无法有效的发挥絮凝功能。在弱碱和中性条件下使用PAC的絮凝作用较好,pH值为9时最好。研究可为高锰酸钾作为PAC的助凝剂,减少PAC的使用量提供依据。
PAC as flocculant and potassium permanganate as coagulant, the treatment of simulated wastewater was studied. The treatment effect of turbidity under static and mixing conditions was investigated. The results show that the floeculation of PAC is relatively limited under the static condition. The optimum PAC dosage of 10 g/L is 8 mL. Potassium permanganate has the coagulation effect of PAC, concentration of coagulatinn effect of 0.8 g/L on potassium permanganate PAC is the best, the turbidity removal rate reached 95.79 %. Under acidic conditions, PAC can not effectively play the role of flocculation, in the weak alkaline and neutral conditions, flocculation of PAC as is better, flocculation is best when pH value is 9. The research of potassium permanganate as a coagulant of PAC, which can provide the basis for reduce the use amount of PAC.
