摘要
由于水质常常呈酸碱性,且有机物和含油量较高的特点,机加工清洗废水是水处理中的一个难题。本文以某小型机加工企业(70 t/d)的例,进行设计研究。采用成熟稳定的工艺,出水达标排放,大大地减少了环境污染,具有一定的环保效益。
Because of the acidity and alkalinity of the water quality, and the organic matter and oil content are higher, the cleaning wastewater of machining was a difficult problem in water treatment. In this paper, a machining company (70 t/d) as an example, to research. The process was mature and stable, and the effluent can meet the emission standards. This technology greatly reduced environmental pollution, and have certain environmental benefits.
