摘要
镍是第一类污染物,对人和环境危害很大。含镍电镀废水处理方法很多,有中和沉淀法、硫化物沉淀法、铁氧体沉淀法、膜分离法、吸附法等。试验表明,使用单一方法处理大型电镀工业园区含镍电镀废水难以达到相关标准。将电镀废水分类,综合使用各种方法,物化法和生化法联合,可以将电镀废水中镍降到0.1 mg/L以下。
Nickel is the first class of pollutants, which has great harm to people and the environment. There are many methods to treat electroplating waste water containing nickel, such as neutralization precipitation, sulfide precipitation, ferrite precipitation, membrane separation, adsorption, etc. The experiment result shows that it is difficult to meet the relevant standards for using a single method to treat the electroplating waste water containing nickel in large electroplating industrial park. If electroplating waste water is divided into several categories with comprehensive use of various treatment methods, including physical and chemical and biochemical methods, nickel in electroplating waste water can be reduced to less than 0.1 mg/L.
