摘要
本文对现阶段木薯酒精废水厌氧处理后仍存在高浓度悬浮物的去除方法进行了分析,并进行相关的试验研究,提出了"预曝气+混凝沉淀"的工艺能有效提高TCOD及SS去除率。当预曝气使得废水中氧含量达到5.14 mg/L时,TCOD及SS去除率趋于稳定,且SS去除率能达到92.50%以上。
In this paper, the method of removing high concentration of suspended solids from anaerobic treatment of cassava alcohol wastewater at this stage is analyzed and the related experimental research is carried out. The process of"pre-aeration + coagulation sedimentation" can be improved effectively TCOD and SS removal rate. When the pre-aeration makes the oxygen content of wastewater reached 5.14 mg/L, TCOD and SS removal rate tends to be stable, and SS removal rate can reach 92.50 % or more.
