广东省农村生活污水处理现状及运营管理对策研究

Study on Present Situation and Operation and Management Countermeasures of Rural Sewage Treatment in Guangdong Province

近年来,随着广东省农村环境综合整治工作的开展,尤其是农村环境连片整治示范县试点工作的深入实施,农村生活污水治理取得了一定成效,但由于农村生活污水收集、处理工程量大,涉及人口多,要想充分发挥治理设施应有的作用,必须切实做好项目的前期建设及后期运行管理维护。本文在对广东省农村生活污水处理现状调研的基础上,总结分析了在工程设计、设施运行、日常管理等方面存在的问题,探讨提出了从因地制宜选址、科学选择工艺、严控工程质量、健全资金筹措机制、加强考核评价等方面推动农村生活污水治理设施发挥应有的作用,以期在为广东省出台相关政策提供基础的同时,也能为其它地区的处理设施运营管理提供借鉴。
