基于组态王的焦化粗苯回收工艺仿真模拟

摘要 粗苯回收是焦化化产的核心技术。本文利用基于编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的组态王软件,植入AutoCAD图形元素,结合C语言编程对焦化粗苯回收工艺过程进行了仿真模拟,设计并实现了流程中温度、压力及液位等操作参数的控制,本仿真系统运行稳定,控制效果好,操作方便,可用于教学、实验、培训、职能鉴定等环节,具备能准确再现操作流程、可重用性与可扩展性的特点。 Coking crude benzol recovery is the core of the coal coking process.This paper simulates simulation of coking crude benzol recovery process. In this paper, process is simulated based on programmable logic controller (PLC) kingview software. Implanted AutoCAD graphic elements, the simulation interfaces are designed and the controlling process are programmed by the C programming language to realize the control of operating parameters, such as temperature, pressure and liquid level. According to the tests, this simulation program can accurately represent the operation process. Because of the characteristics of re-usability and extensibility, the simulation system can be used to teaching, training and professional identification.
