摘要 KSY粉煤加压气化技术采用密相输送技术将煤粉连续输送至气化炉,在粉煤标定过程中频频出现锁斗下料不畅的情况,若在正常投料过程中出现此现象会导致给料斗料位低低报引起大连锁起跳,进而影响整个气化工艺的稳定运行,本文通过对粉煤粒径、水分含量、充压速度、椎体壁面倾角四个方面分析锁斗煤粉下料不畅的原因,并提出相应的优化操作方案。 KSY pressurized pulverized coal gasification technology adopt dense-phase transportation conveying pulverized coal to the gasifier continuously, coal lock vessel feed bridging frequently in the demarcate of pulverized coal. If it is not be handled duly, Gasifier may shutdown because of the material level of coal feed dispense vessel LSLL, which will be affect the stability of the gasifier. Pulverized coal particle size, moisture content, the rate of pressurized, vertebral bodywall surface inclination are analyzed in this paper that is the properties and process conditions on the pulverized coal, and put forward the corresponding optimization operation scheme.
