食品文蛤中铅的不确定度评定

Evaluation of Uncertainty of Lead in Food Clams

按食品的国标方法对文蛤样品进行前处理及测定与分析,找出石墨炉原子吸收法测定铅含量的不确定度的影响因素,最终评定出其测量不确定度,检测结果中包含其不确定度使检测结果更科学客观。

According to the national standard methods of food on the clam, samples were pretreatment, determination and analysis, to found out the influencing factors of the uncertainty in determination of lead by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. After the final assessment of the uncertainty of measurement, detection results contained the uncertainty which made the test results more scientific and objective.
