食品添加剂碳酸钙中痕量铅的测定方法有多种,包括石墨炉原子吸光光谱法、火焰原子吸收光谱法、氢化物原子荧光光谱法和二硫腙比色法等多种方法。通过实验数据比较各种方法的优缺点。
There are many methods for determination of trace Lead in food additives-Calcium Carbonate, such as graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, flame atomic absorption spectrometry, hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry and dithizone-colorimetry. The advantages and disadvantages of each method are presented by comparing all data from every method.
