摘要
监考人员在高校考试过程中扮演很重要的角色,是考场的直接管理者,是相关考试规定的直接实践者。然而,监考人员在具体的监考工作中存在着诸如思想上不够重视,态度不够端正,责任意识淡薄、对相关考试规章制度理解不清,执行不到位,考场管理缺失等多方面的问题,影响了高校考试质量。这其中很重要一方面原因就是没有建立监考人员评价体系,没有相应的激励机制和惩罚机制。本文就是探索建立高校监考人员评价体系,对高校监考人员的监考工作进行考核,同时建立激励机制与惩罚机制,规范高校监考工作,促进高校监考人员队伍建设。
