南海西部深水表层喷射钻井作业实践与经验

摘要 表层导管喷射钻井已成为世界范围内深水钻井作业的首选作业模式,我国南海西部自营深水7口井均采用表层喷射钻井作业成功。表层喷射钻井作业中,作业程序、导管下深、钻具组合、钻头尺寸、钻头伸出量、钻头钻压、钻井液排量等的设计都是表层喷射作业成功与否的决定因素。本文分析了表层喷射钻井的各控制因素,总结了南海西部已钻7口深水井表层喷射作业经验,旨在为今后深水表层喷射钻井成功作业提供参考和指导。 Jetting of structural casing has become the first choice in deep water drilling operation in the world. Up to now, in our country western south china sea, 7 self-support deepwater well has been drilled successfully with jetting mode. During the jetting work, operation procedure, structural casing depth, drilling tool assembly, bit size, bit extension, bit weight and drilling fluid displacement are determining factors for the success of jetting work. This paper analysis of the main controlling factors of jetting work, and summarizes the operation experience of jetting work of the 7 deepwater well drilling in Southwest China Sea. This paper is aim to provide reference and guidance for the future operation of deepwater jetting of structural casing.
