摘要
一氯甲烷罐区属于危险化学品重大危险源,是重点监控重大危险源之一,为确保生产过程的安全,安全仪表系统成为了必不可少的一部分。依据项目实际情况,介绍了中控TCS-900安全仪表系统,着重探讨了SIS设计原则,SIL等级确认,安全系表系统的三个部分(传感器、逻辑解算器、执行器)及安全仪表功能的实现方式。
A methyl chloride tank yard belongs to the dangerous chemical major hazards, is one of the key monitoring major hazards.In order to ensure the safety of the production process, the safety instrumented systems become an indispensable part.This paper introduces a safety instrumented systems, named TCS-900,according to the project actual conditions,and emphatically discusses the SIS design principles, SIL level validation, three parts of the safety instrumented systems(sensor, logic solver, final element) and safety instrumented function's implementation model.
