摘要 针对航空发动机气路、液路系统等区域内的多通道压力参数测量,提出了一种基于总线技术的智能压力传感器阵列测量技术。产品采用小型化封装解决多通道压力感测单元集成,每路压力感测通道通过IIC总线技术实现与信息处理单元的数据传输,信息处理单元最终将采集参数通过CAN总线完成与外部连接。经实验测试:产品实现了8通道压力信号的高精度测量,测量精度达到0.1%FS,数据更新速率小于1ms。 In the paper, an intelligent pressure sensor array measurement technology based on the bus technology is proposed for the measurement of pressure parameters in the aero engine gas and liquid path system. The product uses small package to solve the integration problem of multi-channel pressure sensing unit. The data transmission between the pressure sensing channel and information processing unit is based on the IIC bus technology. The connection between information processing unit and the external environment is through CAN bus technology. The experimental test results show that the product have achieved 8 channel pressure signal of high measure precision, the accuracy is better than 0.1%FS, and the data updating rate is less than 1ms.
