摘要
自动定量秤是衡器的一种,定量秤是以称重传感器为核心,配称重控制仪将传感器受到的力信号通过转换成数字信号并进行显示,以定量秤为核心附加阀门、电机、振动器等执行器件进行逻辑控制,实现最终目标重量控制在规定范围内的自动定量秤品种最为繁多(简称自动定量秤)。自动定量秤根据最终用途可以分成二类:一类是通过自动定量秤计量后的产品直接用于流通环节贸易结算,这类定量秤的生产需要通过国家有关部门严格审核,颁发计量生产许可证后才能生产销售,这类自动定量秤需要执行年检,完好合格产品才能投入生产中使用。另一类自动定量秤主要用于内部生产管理控制,又称工艺秤、配料秤等是实现自动化生产必不可少的环节,是传统产业升级中的重要一环。这类自动定量秤的定量称重模块一般都依附在较大容积的储罐或料仓上(存料储罐、搅拌混合储罐),对进/出物料进行在线称重检测,在线的这种检测精度决定了最终产品品质的高低。本文针对自动定量秤示值误差测量结果进行不确定度评定。

Another kind of automatic quantitative balance is mainly used for internal production management control, also known as process scales, batching scales are essential to the realization of automated production, is an important part of traditional industrial upgrading. This kind of quantitative automatic weigher weighing module is generally dependent on the larger volume of the tank or silo(storage tank, mixing tank), into/out of materials weighing online detection, the detection accuracy of online determines the final product quality level.
