摘要
以190名顶岗实习生的在职指导教师为对象,从五个维度18项指标调查了其指导的2010级400多名半年顶岗实习生的教师职业素质水平,结果为:在五个维度的总体评价不存在差异,但在教学展示设计与研究维度上存在差异。结论为:廊坊师范学院教育类课程综合改革的效果受到来自于基层教师的肯定和欢迎,学校的教师教育改革效果已经凸显。
The research took 190 in-service instructors of over 400 post interns as the subjects and investigated their professional qualities in respect of 18 indicators from 5 dimensions. The results show that there is no difference in the overall evaluation of five dimensions, but there are differences in the teaching presentation, design, and research. It is concluded that the reform is welcomed by the teachers at the grassroots level, and the efiect of the teacher education reform has been highlighted.
