A Study on the Incentive Policy to Guide Undergraduates to Work in the Distressed Areas

当前引导大学生向艰苦地区流动工作正在深入开展,并取得了巨大成绩。在肯定成绩的同时,也要认识到这项工作尚存在着一系列的问题。针对这些问题,可以采取以下措施:提高大学生村官待遇,增强相关工作的吸引力;提高"三支一持"生活补贴,完善配套支持措施;放宽西部计划门槛限制,实现人才扩招;优化选调生晋升制度,拓宽职业发展空间;平衡"特岗"工作与计划,激励其职业发展。

Instead of the great success in guiding college undergraduates to work in the distressed areas, there still exist some problems which may be solved by increasing the income of college student village officials, enhancing the attractiveness of the work, improving the subsistence allowance of the ＇ three support policy＇ perfecting relevant supporting measures, softening the threshold limit of the western plan, enlarging talent recruitment, optimizing the transferring and promotion mechanism, broadening the space of career development, balancing the special-post teacher policy and plan and motivating their career development.
