摘要
目的高校实验室绩效改革已经成为目前高校科研教学改革体系中重要一环。实验教辅人员人浮云于事,大锅饭现象在高校岗位中比较严重,如何解决这一问题已经迫在眉睫。方法本文针对目前高校实验室绩效考核中存在的问题及难点进行分析探讨,寻找建立一套相对公平、合理的高校实验室管理人员绩效考核体系,并进行合理化建议。结果与结论量化考核填补目前学校实验室管理岗位的考核制度的标准空缺,提升教学质量和效率,但从整个学校管理制度的人性化和科学化提升,和改善目前实验室管理岗位的生存环境来说,还需要很长时间的实践与探索。
Objective The reform of laboratory performance in universities has become an important part of the current scientific research and teaching reform system.The existence of big pot phenomenon in the more serious Experimental teaching staff of the university posts is very universal.How to solve this problem is imminent.Methods We analyzed the existing problems and difficulties in the performance evaluation of university laboratories to find a set of relatively fair and reasonable university laboratory management performance appraisal system,and rationalized the proposal. Results and Conclusion Quantitative assessment make up for the current school laboratory management post assessment system standard vacancies,improve teaching quality and efficiency,but from the entire school management system of human and scientific upgrade,and improve the current laboratory management of the living environment,it also takes a long time to practice and explore.
