摘要
基于层层自组装技术以乳液液滴为模版,制备了一种新型微胶囊。通过荧光显微镜,扫描电镜(SEM),傅立叶红外红外光谱(FT-IR)及紫外-可见光吸收光谱(UV-Vis)等对制备产物进行了相关表征。结果表明利用该方法所制备的微胶囊结构稳定。以5,6-羧基荧光素作为模拟药物模型装载于微胶囊后,药物可缓慢释放。
A novel microcapsule was prepared by the method of layer by layer self-assembly technology with emulsion droplet as template. The microcapsule was characterized by fluorescence microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared and uhraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy. The results showed that the structure of microcapsule prepared by this method was stable. 5,6-earboxyfluoresce,as model drug,was loaded into the microcapsules ,which eould be released from mierocapsules slowly.
