摘要
探究煤矸石混凝土在不同孔隙率条件下的力学特性,采用EPS颗粒模拟煤矸石混凝土中的孔结构,制作四种不同孔隙率的试件。通过单轴压缩试验、劈裂抗拉试验、静力抗压弹性模量试验测得试件的力学参数,并分析孔隙率对其力学特性的影响。结果表明:孔隙率的大小对煤矸石混凝土的力学特性有明显的影响,随着孔隙率的增加,试件的抗压强度、抗拉强度和弹性模量随之减小。而3种力学参数的减少率随着孔隙率的增加而增加。
Explore coal gangue concrete mechanical properties under the condition of different porosity, pore structure of the coal gangue concrete are adopted to the expanded polystyrene(EPS)particles simulate, make four different porosity of the specimen. Through uniaxial compression test. splitting tensile test. static compressive elastic modulus test measured mechanical parameters of the specimens, and the analysis of the effect of porosity on the mechanical properties. Results show that the size of the porosity of coal gangue has distinct effect on the mechanical properties of concrete.
