摘要
为了制备适用于采空区充填的泡沫混凝土,探索发泡剂用量对粉煤灰泡沫混凝土抗压强度的影响规律,通过室内试验制备了发泡剂用量分别为3%、6%、9%的粉煤灰泡沫混凝土试块,并进行单轴压缩试验。结果表明:实验制备密度为513.6 kg/m3的粉煤灰泡沫混凝土,当增大发泡剂用量时,泡沫混凝土的峰值强度降低,其弹性模量出现较大幅度降低,对应达到峰值强度的应变增大。随着加载速率的降低,试块峰值强度有小幅度提高。说明发泡剂用量为3%时粉煤灰泡沫混凝土强度最高。
In order to prepare foam concrete suitable for filling in goaf, to explore the the effect of foaming agent content on the compressive strength of fly ash concrete. The fly ash foam concrete block with the content of 3%, 6%, and 9%, respectively was prepared by laboratory tests. Results show: fly ash Foamed Concrete with density of 513.6 kg/m3 was prepared, the peak strength of the test block decreases, corresponding to the peak intensity of the strain increases, the elastic modulus of the test block appears to be greatly reduced. With the decrease of the loading speed, the peak strength of the specimen is increased. The results show that the strength of fly ash concrete is the highest when the content of foaming agent is 3%.
