摘要
某单一石英型萤石矿含Ca F2 21.55%,Si O2 61.78%,属于低品位萤石矿。在工艺矿物学研究基础上,以常规药剂碳酸钠作调整剂、水玻璃作抑制剂,BK-410作捕收剂,采用"1粗6精2扫"的浮选工艺流程,小型闭路试验获得萤石精矿Ca F2品位95.37%,回收率为85.82%的FC-95级别的萤石产品,较好地回收了萤石矿物。
A single quartz fluorite ore contains CaF2 21.55%, SiO2 61.78%, which belongs to low grade fluorite ore. Based on the study of process mineralogy, using conventional chemical sodium carbonate as the modifying agent, water glass as inhibitor and BK-410 as collector, the floatation process in a crude six fine two sweep, small closed-circuit test, FC-95 fluorite concentrate with CaF2 grade 95.37%, CaF2 recovery 85.82% was obtained, fluorite minerals was recovered well.
