摘要
以陕西安康沉积型石英-重晶石矿为研究对象,在工艺矿物学分析基础上,通过因子设计确定重晶石浮选指标的主要影响因素后,采用响应曲面法进一步针对影响重晶石浮选的主要因素抑制剂用量、矿浆pH值进行优化,得到粗选最佳浮选条件为磨矿细度为-0.074 mm含量85%,矿浆pH值为9,抑制剂FG-1用量为400 g/t,捕收剂AH-35用量为150 g/t。通过"1粗5精1扫"的闭路试验,获得重晶石精矿Ba SO4品位96.98%,回收率80.22%,在进行较少试验量的情况下,实现了该重晶石资源的有效利用。
Taking the sedimentary quartz-barite ore in Ankang, Shaanxi as the object of study and based on a process mineralogy analysis, this experiment uses factorial design to identify the major factors that influence barite flotation index and then uses response surface methodology to optimize the inhibitor dosage and pH value, two of the major influence factors. As a result, optimal flotation parameters for roughing are obtained, which sets the grinding size at -0.074 mm 90%, pH value of pulp at 9, dosage of inhibitor FG-1 at 400 g/t and dosage of collector AH-35 at 150 g/t. Via a closed-circuit experiment of one roughing, five cleanings and one scavenging, BaSO4 concentrate with the grade of 96.98% was prepared and the recovery rate stood at 80.22%, rendering the effective utilization of this barite ore possible under the circumstances of less experiments.
