摘要
以磷酸、氢氧化铝和膨胀珍珠岩为主要原料,以氧化镁和氧化锌为固化剂制备膨胀珍珠岩/磷酸盐保温板材。运用单因素研究法探究了胶黏剂基料制备温度和时间、样品的干燥温度和时间对保温材料性能的影响。采用X射线衍射和红外光谱技术研究了磷酸盐的固化机制。结果表明,磷酸盐胶黏剂在水浴85℃加热30 min制备;黏结珍珠岩板材的最优制备条件为140℃干燥2 h,其密度为260 kg/m3、导热系数为0.050W/(m·K)、抗压强度为0.63 MPa。
Expanded perlite(EP)/phosphate insulating materials was prepared with phosphoric acid, aluminum hydroxide and expanded perlite as the main raw material, magnesium oxide, zinc oxide and other oxide as the curing agent. Single factor method was employed to study the effects of adhesive base material prepared temperature and time, drying temperature and time of the sample on insulation material properties. The solidifying mechanism of phosphate was characterized by the X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR) techniques. The results showed that the optimized conditions of phosphate adhesive was 85 qC in water bath for 30 rain. Furthermore, when the EP/phosphate materials were dried at 140 ℃ for 2 h, the performance of thermal insulation material was the best. For this optimal sample, the density is 260 kg/m3, the thermal conductivity and the compressive strength is 0.050 W/(m.K) and 0.63 MPa respectively.
