摘要
研发一种新型脲醛树脂胶添加剂-海泡石去醛粉。以湘潭海泡石为主要原料,经改性加工而成,取代目前市场上通用的食用面粉添加剂。探讨了在胶合板黏结剂中用海泡石代替小麦面粉的配方和工艺。海泡石去醛粉作为脲醛树脂添加剂,可以100%替代面粉,有优异的吸附甲醛、耐老化和防霉变性能。本工艺操作简单,容易实现产业化。为海泡石的应用找到一条新途径。
A new type of urea formaldehyde resin adhesive was developed-sepiolite aldehyde removing powder. The product was carried out by purification and modification of Xiangtan sepiolite raw ore. To replace the current market of common edible flour additives.The formulation and process of replacing the wheat flour with sepiolite in plywood adhesive were discussed. Sepiolite aldehyde removing powder as urea-formaldehyde resin additives, can completely replace the flour, with excellent adsorption of formaldehyde properties, anti-aging and anti-mildew properties. Operation process is simple, easy to achieve industrialization. The product provided a new way for the sepiolite application.
