当前,我国高等教育规模世界第一,大学毕业生数量逐年创历史新高,伴随着毕业生就业压力的增大,高校毕业生职业生涯规划意识不强导致的问题日益突出。因此,从源头抓起,加强对大学生职业生涯规划意识的培养,有助于缓解大学生的就业压力,提高毕业生就业质量,帮助他们实现职业理想,也有助于提高高校人才培养质量。

Currently, the scale of China＇s higher education has taken the first place in the world. The number of graduates makes a new historical record each year. With the increasing employment pressure of the graduates, issues caused by the lack of career planning become more and more prominent. Therefore, strengthening the career planning awareness cultivation of the graduates will contribute to relieving the employment pressure, raising the employment quality and helping the graduates realize their career ideals. It can also help improve the personnel training quality for colleges and universities.
