高职贫困生职业指导的特殊性及其对策探析——以无锡职业技术学院为例

Exploration into the Particularity of Poor Higher Vocational College Students' Career Guidance and Countermeasures——Taking Wuxi Institute of Technology for Example

高职贫困生职业指导是高职院校就业工作的重要任务。通过问卷调查分析,高职贫困生呈现就业期望低调求稳、就业心理矛盾鲜明、就业选择受限颇多、就业表现自评占优、就业实践更为丰富、就业实力略胜一筹的特殊面貌,这源于经济状况的制约、社会资源的贫乏、心理压力的巨大、家庭环境的濡染等因素的影响。结合以上特殊性,高职贫困生职业指导需从加大经济资助、提升就业能力、强化心理帮扶和构建公平就业环境方面采取措施。

Poor higher vocational college students＇ career guidance is an important task of higher vocational colleges＇ employment work. Through questionnaire survey and analysis, some features are found in poor higher vocational college students, such as their low job expectation and pursuit of stability, remarkable contradictory employment psychology, too many employment restrictions, good self- evaluation of employment performance, rich employment experience and superior employment competence and so on, which are influenced by economic restriction, lack of social resources, heavy psychological pressure and influence of family environment. Taking the features into account, higher vocational colleges should take measures from improving economic assistance, enhancing employment competence, strengthening psychological help and constructing fair employment environment in poor students＇ career guidance.
