摘要
学前教育向内涵深度发展,教研工作处于转型升级的重要历史时期。必须适应新形势的需求,重新思考教研工作定位,梳理教研工作和培训工作的关系,探索教研和培训相互促进的工作机制以及转型升级的实践策略,形成促进教师专业发展的合力。
With preschool education developed towards greater connotation and depth, education research work is in an important historical period of transformation and upgrade. We must adapt to the needs of the new situation, rethink the orientation of research work, sort out the relationship between education research and training, and explore the mechanism where education research and training promote each other and practice strategies of promoting transformation and upgrade in order to form the joint efforts to promote the professional development of teachers.
