新常态下大学生思想政治教育个性化培养模式研究

Individualized Cultivation Mode of College Students' Ideological and Political Education under the New Normal

思想政治教育是高校提高学生思想道德素养的重点课程,教学时需将理论与实践紧密结合,构建多位一体的综合性学科。不仅要注重实践教学的改革,亦要强化基础知识的建设,针对不同环节设计质量评估标准,对实践教学加以重视。而大学生的个性化培养不可忽视,教师需引导学生思维创新发展,将人才培养目标细化并分解。且高校思想政治教育需要调整理论与实践教学的比重,在实践活动中启发学生的创新思维,使学生适应新常态下高速发展的社会,成为一名优秀的大学生。基于此,就新常态下思想政治教育个性化人才培养模式进行探讨,并提出构建策略,以期促进学生全面发展。

Ideological and political education is the key course to improve the ideological and moral quality of students in colleges and universities. It is necessary to combine theory with practice in teaching to build a comprehensive muhinity-based subject. We should not only pay attention to the reform of practice teaching, but also strengthen the construction of basic knowledge, design quality evaluation standards for different links, and attach importance to practical teaching. Meanwhile, the individualized cultivation of col- lege students can not be ignored. Teachers need to guide the students to creatively develop their thinking to enable them to adapt to tile rapid development of the new normal society and become good students. Therefore, this paper will explore the individualized cultivation mode of college students＇ ideological and political education under the New Normal, and puts forward construction strategies to promote the comprehensive development of students.
