多元文化背景下少数民族大学生思想政治教育路径探索

Exploration into Ethnic Minority College Students' Ideological and Political Education Path under the Multicultural Background

国家的安定少不了民族的团结和发展,我国是一个多民族国家,多年来我国汉族人民与少数民族人民和谐相处、共同荣辱。但随着社会的发展和民族文化、中西文化的融合,以及多元文化和国际局势的影响,使得我们必须以发展的眼光看待汉族与少数民族同胞之间的发展问题。少数民族未来的发展的接班人归根结底还在于少数民族大学生,少数民族大学生对国家具有高度的认同感、自身具有较高的思想政治意识和较高的综合素质,才能带领少数民族地区的群众对国家的政策方针进行准确的理解,才能带领少数民族地区发展经济和文化,才能为国家和民族的安定团结保驾护航。因此,对多元文化背景下的少数民族大学生的思想政治教育的路径进行探索,在以本着发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的思路的基础上,得出相应的研究结论,以期为少数民族大学生思想政治教育工作提供一定的指导性建议。

The national stability is closely related to the national unity and development. China is a multi-ethnic country, and over the years, the Han people and people of ethnic minorities live in harmony, and share weal and woe of the country. But with the development of society, the integration of ethnic cultures as well as Chinese and Western cultures, and the impact of multi-culture and the international situation, we must handle the development issue of the Han nationality and ethnic compatriots from the perspective of de- velopment. The future development of ethnic minority depends on ethnic minority college students as they have high national identity, ideological and political consciousness and comprehensive quality, who can guide the masses in the minority areas to have an accurate understanding of national policies, and develop economy and culture in order to guarantee the national stability and unity. This paper makes an exploration into the path of ethnic minority college students＇ ideological and political education under the muhicuhural back- ground in order to identify, analyze and solve problems. Research conclusions are reached to provide guidance and advice for ethnic minority college students＇ ideological and political education work.
