发展心理学视角下的高校新生思想教育工作探析

On the Ideological Education of College Freshmen from the Perspective of Developmental Psychology

大学新生入学后,面对周围环境的变化,心理上难免会发生一些波动,思想和行为都需要进行适应性调整。针对高校新生的特点和需求,从发展心理学的视角,对高校新生的心理和行为表现进行深刻分析,在此基础上有针对性地开展新生的思想教育工作,以期帮助大学新生更好更快地适应校园生活。

After entering the new school, faced with changes in the surrounding environment, college freshmen inevitably experience some psychological changes, and thus the psychology and behavior need to make adjustment. In view of the characteristics and needs of freshmen in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the psychology and behavior of college freshmen from the perspective of developmental psychology, and on this basis, ideological education will be carried out in order to help college freshmen do better and faster to adapt to the campus life.
