基于人才培养视角的党建工作路径探索

党建工作是教育管理体系的重要组成部分,对人才培养质量的提升有着至关重要的影响。特别是在当前我国社会发展的新形势下,优秀人才作为我国社会主义现代化事业的顺利进行和科学建设的保障,更应以人才培养为视角加强党建工作,以此来确保人才培养的质量和水平。基于此,以人才培养和党建工作的概述为主要出发点,对基于人才培养视角的党建工作路径进行着重探讨,以期更好地贯彻和落实我国人才培养目标。

Party building is an important part of the education management system, which plays a vital role in improving the quality of personnel training. Especially in the new situation of social development of our country, excellent talents can safeguard China＇s smooth socialist modernization and scientific construction, so we should strengthen Party building from the perspective of talent training so as to ensure the quality and level of personnel training. Based on this, this paper takes the personnel training and the work of Party building as the main starting point, discusses the path of Party building from the perspective of personnel training in order to better carry out and implement the goal of talent cultivation in China.
