高校社科学报发展与“双一流”建设关系研究

"双一流"建设作为实现高等教育强国的重大战略,意在提升中国高等教育综合实力和国际竞争力,为实现"两个一百年"奋斗目标和中国梦提供有力支撑。高校社科学报作为高等教育发展和学科建设不可或缺的重要组成部分,是推动"双一流"建设方案实施的坚实基础和重要抓手。同时,"双一流"建设也为高校社科学报突破瓶颈、走出困局,提供了新的契机与办法。在"双一流"建设中,高校社科学报应当找准自身发展与"双一流"建设方案的融合点,从提升学术质量、提高编辑素质、培育学术梯队三个方面来提升办刊质量和学术水平,重点建设一批国内领先、国际一流的学报和栏目,为"双一流"建设做出应有的贡献。

The Double First-class Construction is a major strategy to achieve higher education power, to enhance the comprehensive strength and international competitiveness of Chinars higher education, to provide strong support in order to achieve the Two Centenary Goals and the Chinese dream. As the main body of implementing the Double First-class Construction, improving the level of academic research is the fundamental objective of colleges and universities and the important basis of journals of social sciences in colleges and universities which reflect the achievements of philosophy and social sciences, humanities and scientific researches. It is an important window to show the academic level, an indispensable part of the development of higher education and discipline construction, a solid foundation and an important instrumentality to promote the implementation of the Double First-class Construction. And the overall goal of the Double First-class Construction is helpful to promote the development of social science journals in colleges and universities. Therefore, the relationship between the development of social science journals and the overall goal and implementation plan of the Double First-class Construction is the mutual promotion and collaborative development.
