摘要
种植体周围炎与牙周炎的致病菌相似。牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Pg)作为牙周炎的关键致病菌,同样也是种植体周围炎的主要致病菌。该菌可产生脂多糖、牙龈蛋白酶、菌毛和胶原酶等多种毒力因子,并且这些毒力因子与巨噬细胞的极化密切相关。此外种植体的表面特征也影响巨噬细胞的极化,极化的巨噬细胞在组织炎症破坏与损伤修复过程中发挥重要作用。探讨巨噬细胞极化与种植体周围炎的关系,不仅有助于了解Pg在种植体周围炎发生发展过程中的作用机制,还可以此为靶点探讨种植体周围炎治疗的新思路。
The peri-implantitis has great similarities with periodontitis. Porphyromonas gingivalis (Pg), the key pathogenic bacteria of periodontitis,is also the main pathogenic bacteria of peri-implantitis, which can produce virulence factors such as lipopolysaccharide, gingival proteases,fimbriae and collagenase, with a close relation with macrophage polarization. In addition, the implant surface topography also affects macrophage polarization, playing an important role in the inflammatory response and tissue damage and injured tissue repair process. Discussion on the relationship between macrophage polarization and peri-implantitis, not only helps to understand Pg mechanism during the process of peri-implantitis further,but also can be as a target to explore new treatment of peri-implantitis.
