胃癌是我国常见的胃肠道恶性肿瘤,其发病率逐年增高,严重威胁人类生命健康。目前手术是治疗胃癌的主要手段,也是胃癌患者有望得到治愈(5年生存)的唯一治疗方式。消化道瘘是胃癌术后常见严重并发症,影响患者治疗效果及预后,而对于该并发症的预防及诊治亦是临床关注的热点问题,目前保守治疗、内镜治疗和手术治疗等的综合运用已成为诊治胃肠道瘘的发展趋势。另外,明确该并发症的相关危险因素对胃癌术后消化道瘘的预防及采取相应措施具有重要作用。

Gastric cancer is a common malignant tumor of gastrointestinal tract in China, the incidence of gastric cancer has been increasing year by year, which seriously threatens the health of human beings. As the main means of gastric cancer treatment, surgery is also the only treatment expected to be able to cure gastric cancer（ five years of survival）. Digestive tract leakage is a common and serious complication after operation, which has an adverse effects on the patients. To clarify the risk factors of the complications and take appropriate measures to prevent the occurrence of the disease and the comprehensive utilization of various treatment measures, including conservative treatment, endoscopic treatment and surgical treatment, have become the development trend of the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal leakage. At present, the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal fistula is still a topic of general interest in the field of general surgery and the research on the complication is still being explored.
